TeamRally + Slack
Slack integration

TeamRally, right inside Slack.

Company events, birthdays, work anniversaries, and polls show up in the channel your team already lives in — with inline RSVP buttons, so people act without leaving Slack.

Connect in Settings → Integrations · email stays the fallback

What you get

Everything reaches the team in Slack

Inline RSVP buttons

Publish an event and TeamRally posts it to your channel with Going / Maybe / Can’t buttons. One tap, no context-switch — the count syncs back to TeamRally instantly.

Surprise-safe celebration cards

Birthdays and work anniversaries are delivered to the channel on the day, with a link to the signed group card — and the celebrant never sees it early.

Event & poll announcements

New events and polls post automatically as clean Block Kit messages, so nobody misses the thing they were supposed to respond to.

Connect in seconds

Link your workspace from Settings → Integrations, choose a channel, send a test message, and disconnect any time. Per-workspace and per-org — nothing posts without your say-so.

How it works

Live in three steps

  1. 1
Connect your workspace. In TeamRally, open Settings → Integrations and connect Slack.
  2. 2
Pick a channel. Choose where event, poll, and celebration messages should land.
  3. 3
Work as normal. Publish events, open polls, and let cards auto-deliver — Slack gets them all, email backs them up.

On the roadmap: slash-command lookups, DM reminders to non-responders, and inline poll voting.

Slack FAQ

Common questions

Can my team RSVP to events from Slack?

Yes. When you publish an event, TeamRally posts it to your Slack channel with inline Going / Maybe / Can’t buttons, so people respond in one tap without leaving Slack. The headcount updates in TeamRally in real time.

Does it send birthday and anniversary cards in Slack?

Yes. Celebration cards are delivered to your channel on the day — and the flow is surprise-safe, so the person being celebrated never sees the card before it’s delivered.

How do I connect Slack to TeamRally?

Open Settings → Integrations, connect your Slack workspace, and pick the channel TeamRally should post to. You can send a test message and disconnect at any time.

Is Slack required to use TeamRally?

No. Email is always the built-in fallback. Slack is an optional layer so updates reach the team where they already work — if a message can’t be delivered to Slack, it falls back to email.
