Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TeamRally website and application (the “Service”), operated by TeamRally (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Only add personal data about teammates where you are permitted to do so.

Plans & payment

The Service offers a free tier and a paid plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the current billing period.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the Service. You can export your organisation's data as CSV, and you can request deletion of your account at any time.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamRally will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others.

Prices and VAT

We are a small business under § 19 UStG, so no German VAT is added to our prices. Plan prices are shown in full on the pricing page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law, with Hamburg as the place of jurisdiction where the law permits it. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory law.
